Exotic Pole Flow

Saturdays 10:00 to 11:00

This Pole Class is not focused on Pole tricks and is appropriate for All Levels. It is essential to understand how to perform basic Spins, Lifts, Floor poses and movement around the pole. A plus is to understand the basic pole move terminology. Techniques, albeit fairly simple, are not broken down as they would be in a Bronze Pole Class. In this class you will learn how to dance and move around the pole in a sensual, sexy style. It includes loads of body rolls, hair flicks and floor tricks. We perform this in 7 to 8” high heels and use knee pads as floor work is always included. Dance routines which are taught during this class are approximately 2 minutes long.

Pole Flex

Thursdays 18:00 to 19:00

The Pole flex classes are an important facet as it compliments all our classes. Flexibility is an aspect of health that many people neglect. In these classes you will be taught how to stretch in a safe manner involving various techniques. Flexibility is important because tight muscles can create problems throughout your body. If your muscles are tight, they can cause a reduced range of motion throughout your body. This can hinder your ability to perform certain moves as well as contribute to issues with everyday activities. Becoming more flexible assists your movement with all activities, not just the techniques you learn in a dance class. It improves the range of motion throughout the body to help the body move more easily.

Pole Conditioning

Wednesdays 19:00 to 20:00

The Pole Conditioning class are highly recommended for ALL levels! These classes are never the same! It ranges from a chair, HiiT, Floor or Pole workout. Pole Conditioning classes could include a mixture of all these diciplines! You will develop the strength and stamina required for the Pole techniques and in addition to getting a great workout, you will tone your body! These classes work extremely well in combination with the Pole classes! You will never be bored!

Silver Pole

Mondays \Wednesdays 18:00 to 19:00

Our Silver pole classes are for ladies who have mastered the foundations of the Bronze Category. In this class you will be expected to know how to climb, invert and do basic spins taught to you in the Bronze category. Here you learn how to use different techniques to perform moves you have learnt in the Bronze category. You will also be taught additional advanced Silver pole moves. Dance routines will also form part of your training and in this level, with the assistance of our Pole Conditioning classes, your stamina would increase and you will comfortably have the ability to dance for 3.5 minutes without pausing.
